Friday Cocktails: Siren’s Song

I will be making these on Christmas Day! (Maybe every day before that too)

Recipe for Epicurious

Ingredients

3 ounces champagne

1 ounce ginger beer

1/2 ounce raspberry puree

1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir for 5 to 10 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute.

you may consider losing an arm for the pink apartment [which I thought was hilarious btw] but.. I just may consider losing one for this drink. My favorite drink in the whooolleee world in champagne with raspberry or blackberry puree in it [ i buy this awesome alain millat stuff at williams sonoma] but to add a little ginger beer… sounds ddeelliisshhh!!!
